Accessibility statement

The target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, treated as a floor rather than an aspiration.

• Colour contrast: every colour pairing in the design system exceeds 4.5:1, verified automatically on every build.
• Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• Arabic is the primary language, and right-to-left is built into the layout rather than bolted on.
• The system’s reduced-motion preference is respected.
• Status is never signalled by colour alone — an icon and a text label always accompany it.

Full testing with an Arabic screen reader across the payment, renewal, and certificate journeys has not yet been carried out. It is scheduled in the pre-launch audit.
